Live Nation UK’s R&I team is dedicated to empowering the business with a deep understanding of live music fans. The Research and Insights Manager supports the research needs of the business, combining a passion for live music with expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and storytelling.

Department: Marketing Partnerships

Reports to: Director, R&I

Working Hours: Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Support Live Nation UK’s R&I team in researching the business needs.
  • Assist the Director of R&I in embedding data and insights across the organization.
  • Translate research and data into clear, actionable insights using internal sources, third-party tools and thought-leadership research.
  • Design and manage primary and secondary research projects, including survey design and execution.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to tell compelling stories about fans, live music, and brand opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with external research vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience across a variety of research methodologies and data sets, with the ability to adapt insights to business needs agilely.
  • Passionate, motivated, driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines without compromising attention to detail.
  • Curious, commercially minded, and confident translating data into stories that inspire action.
  • Skilled at turning data and metrics into meaningful narratives.
  • Proficiency with social listening platforms.
  • Proficiency with Q, SPSS, DisplayR or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including end-to-end project experience.
  • Proven experience in market research and/or consumer insights (client or agency side).
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to link insights to business goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C research.
  • Background in multiple industries.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools for dashboarding and reporting.
