Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced senior content specialist who’ll use social media and other digital platforms to drive brand awareness and ultimately ticket sales for our festivals. The Senior Content Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of social channels in line with strategy set by VP Marketing – Digital & leading the charge with innovating on these platforms and producing content. You’ll work on site at multiple events to develop brand materials, overseeing film and photography crews as well as year-round to bring our brands to life.

You will work with a talented team of individuals to drive reach, engagement and ultimately ticket sales, as well as supporting the shared team goal to grow first party data. You’ll be experienced in telling the stories that cut through the noise online and continually think about how we can push the envelope to deliver industry leading initiatives and deliver on our objectives.

What the role includes

  • Driving ticket sales and reach through social media platforms for a group of Live Nation festivals.
  • With input from VP Marketing – Digital, lead the digital content and social strategy for a portfolio of festival brands: identify new revenue streams; develop and grow social platforms; launch new platforms as appropriate.
  • Oversee the day to day running of platforms: copywriting; creating content briefs and building content calendar; proof reading posts and reviewing content created by others; oversight of community management.
  • Line management – mentoring and developing staff: leading film and photo crews on site.
  • Weekly reporting and analysis to deliver incremental growth in reach and ticket sales: paid media optimisation in collaboration with Campaign Team.
