As a Director of R&I, you will collaborate across departments to enhance the event experience and provide actionable insights that help us better connect and engage our audience. The successful candidate will be a highly organised, commercially minded professional with the ability to translate multiple datasets into actionable, commercially impactful insights. Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, you will combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment. This role combines a passion for live music with expertise in research methodologies, insight generation, storytelling, and strategic application of data to support commercial decision-making.

Who you are:

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, you bring structure and clarity to complex projects and know how to keep teams aligned and moving forward.
  • You have strong judgement in how insights are applied to business challenges, using data and audience understanding to shape clear, actionable recommendations rather than analysis for analysis’s sake.
  • You are confident both managing upwards and downwards – able to provide clear visibility, prioritise effectively, and support teams to deliver high-quality work across multiple concurrent initiatives.
