  • You are highly organised, commercially minded, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, you bring structure and clarity to complex projects and know how to keep teams aligned and moving forward.
  • You have strong judgement in how insights are applied to business challenges, using data and audience understanding to shape clear, actionable recommendations rather than analysis for analysis’ sake.
  • You are confident both managing upwards and downwards – able to provide clear visibility, prioritise effectively, and support teams to deliver high-quality work across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Proven experience in market research and/or consumer insights from both client-side and agency environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of quantitative methodologies (e.g. MaxDiff, Conjoint, Segmentation) with the ability to design, analyse and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative methodologies, including drafting discussion guides and moderating focus groups.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g. DisplayR or equivalent); data visualisation platforms (e.g. Tableau) for creating dashboards and reports; social media listening tools (e.g. Meltwater Buzz) to extract actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial acumen to align research findings into business strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of presenting clear and compelling research findings to diverse internal stakeholders.

  • The R&I team is dedicated to empowering the business with a deep understanding of our live music fans. As a Director of R&I, you will collaborate across departments to enhance the event experience and provide actionable insights that help us better connect and engage our audience.
  • The successful candidate will be a highly organised, commercially minded professional with the ability to translate multiple datasets into actionable, commercially impactful insights.
  • Reporting into the Head of Research and Insights, you will oversee delivery of key R&I initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining a hands-on role in analytical delivery alongside effective team and project management.
  • You will structure projects, allocate resources effectively across the team, and ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, you will combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role combines a passion for live music with expertise in research methodologies, insight generation, storytelling, and strategic application of data to support commercial decision-making.
  • Support the Head of R&I in embedding data and insights across the organisation, empowering teams to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of quant and qual research projects, balancing hands-on execution with effective oversight of team and vendor delivery.
  • Structure and manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring clear prioritisation, resource allocation, timelines and accountability across the team.
  • Line manage and support team members, helping to develop capabilities while maintaining high standards of delivery and efficient ways of working.
  • Conduct advanced analysis across multiple datasets, including market-research, first-party data, and social listening outputs, to uncover commercially actionable insights.
  • Present research findings clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders, ensuring insights are commercially relevant and actionable.
