The Marketing Partnerships team works with a large number of brands to deliver commercial partnerships in the live music space. The Head of Account Management is responsible for leading an arm of the Account Management team which is tasked to fulfil multiple partnership contracts with precision and great organisation. These accounts are often a combination of brand or agency led agreements, and may be new to the business or festival fields altogether. Therefore, we are looking for a confident tactician who can ensure our partners get from start to finish in the most efficient and seamless way, allowing us to support them in achieving their objectives.

- Required:
- Proven experience in leadership roles with a renewal focus.
- Strong understanding of the client lifecycle with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred:
- Experience in/at a rights holder business.
- Experience with a brand that has operated similar partnerships.
- Project management or Managerial certification.
