The Office Manager position is responsible for all front office activities including directing and coordinating all office services and facilities for the venue. Responsible for interacting with local HR, local bookkeeping, artist contract review, artist deposits, booking assistance, filing paperwork, invoices, A/P and A/R, reconciliation, cash ordering, Brinks deposits, show flash accounting, and managing the safety policy. Also responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks for the venue.
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision, be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges this position entails. Acts as liaison between various Live Nation Concerts teams to accomplish a variety of company tasks including contact with senior management, colleagues & clients to facilitate work & meet objectives in a collaborative effort.
Screens calls and responds to internal and external requests for information and follows through to ensure requested actions are taken or completed promptly and efficiently. Office Maintenance requiring the liaison with building management and outside vendors for services. Performs general office duties including the purchase of ongoing supplies and managing the accounting of such purchases for distribution between the office.
Lead and plan office events including small internal office gatherings to commemorate special occasions and events. Assist with preparation of presentation materials, review and summarise miscellaneous reports and documents. Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues promptly. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum 2 years prior experience in an administrative role. College Degree preferred but not required.
