Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of live events and concerts from pre-production through show day and post-event activities.
- Assist with show advancing and coordinate event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and on-site requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders such as venues, ticketing agents, tour managers, artist representatives, and service providers.
- Support coordination of event timelines, schedules, and operational requirements to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist with on-site event operations, including artist and tour party arrivals, rehearsals, show days, and artist send-off.
- Monitor and support service providers (e.g. logistics, transport, hotels, catering, production support) to ensure services are delivered as contracted.
- Provide on-site support during events, acting as a key operational contact as required.
- Support risk management processes by assisting with safety planning, briefings, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and event workflows.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Events team as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about live music and the live entertainment industry.
- Experience in live event or concert operations is required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- A proactive, positive team player with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while meeting tight timelines.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Willingness to work and adapt to irregular hours, including evenings (late night), weekends, and public holidays as required by events.
