This position leads the relationship and activities of Live Nation UK’s key marketing partners and is responsible for maximising the value of these long‑term partnerships. These partnerships span all Live Nation assets from festivals and venues to ticket access programmes, requiring meticulous account management to maintain excellent standards year‑round. The role involves guiding the partnership strategically through a busy festival season and ‘always on’ ticketing and venue rights, leading and influencing regular business updates with the brand and the Marketing Partnerships senior leadership team. Ultimately, you will strengthen Live Nation’s position as a key strategic resource for our partners’ business while spotting opportunities for growth and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage key UK partnership relationships, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and Live Nation’s strategic goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans, client engagement strategies, budget planning and reporting.
- Provide continuous improvement and renewal of partnership performance and deliverables.
- Lead and mentor an Account Manager, providing guidance on program execution, resource deployment, recaps, reporting and special projects.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business and brand growth through entertainment‑marketing programs.
- Oversee contractual agreements including negotiations, renegotiations, deal structure and contract development.
- Manage financial aspects such as budgets, invoicing and other accounting activities while optimising programme performance.
- Assist clients in achieving ROI goals that maximise renewal opportunities.
- Act as a key advisor, decision‑maker and senior‑management team member, providing strategic input to internal stakeholders.
- Explore new technologies, marketing trends, data and analytics practices to add value to clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record directing high‑profile, complex sponsorship partnerships across multiple properties.
- Experience gained in agency, in‑house or a combination of both settings.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- High level of professionalism, strategic thinking and business‑oriented mindset.
