The R&I team at Live Nation UK is dedicated to empowering the business with a deep understanding of live music fans. As a Research & Insights Manager you will gather, analyse and synthesise research to enhance the live event experience and deliver actionable insights that help connect more deeply with audiences.
What the role includes:
- Support the Director, R&I to embed data and insights across the organisation
- Translate research and data into clear, actionable insights using internal sources and third-party tools
- Design and manage primary and secondary research projects, including survey design and execution
- Analyse and synthesise data to tell compelling stories about fans, live music and brand opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with external research vendors
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- Proven experience in market research and/or consumer insights (client or agency side)
- Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including end-to-end project experience
- Skilled at turning data and metrics into meaningful narratives
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Commercially minded, with the ability to link insights to business goals
- Proficiency with Q, SPSS, DisplayR or equivalent, and social listening platforms
- Preferred: experience in both B2B and B2C research, background in multiple industries
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools for dashboarding and reporting
