Live Nation EMEA Finance team – Financial Reporting Manager – Farringdon, London – full time, permanent. Reports to Financial Reporting Director for the EMEA division.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and advise on technical accounting treatments across markets in the division.
  • Prepare and coordinate divisional reporting data for the US parent.
  • Account for centralised European Concerts division costs – budget, forecasting and actuals with variance analysis.
  • Prepare and coordinate month‑end close, including variance analysis.
  • Oversee external auditors and tax support – timely provision of required information, documentation and responses.
  • Review and aggregate month‑end reporting packages from European markets.
  • Review market balance sheets for correct accounting treatment.
  • Prepare divisional balance sheet submissions to US head office.
  • Own divisional SOX reporting to US.
  • Provide feedback and support to markets.
  • Consolidate management cashflow forecast reports from markets for inclusion in monthly forecast submission to US.
  • Support local accounting teams and transfer pricing charge‑outs.
  • Execute other ad‑hoc projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • ACA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication – verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to enable effective communication with employees around the world.
