Role Description
Cuffe & Taylor operates Blenheim Palace Festival, Colchester Castle Summer Series, Live After Racing, Lytham Festival, The Piece Hall Live and many other sites. Cuffe & Taylor also produce and promote over 1,500 theatrical shows across the UK and Internationally each year and project manage a major London attraction.
The event assistant will work within the operations team and be a key role in the planning and delivery of festivals, outdoor concerts and tours at Cuffe & Taylor.

What the role includes
- Managing procurement documentation, paperwork processes and purchase orders
- Managing hotel bookings across the summer festivals for artists, staff and crew
- Managing and booking promoter reps and freelancers across outdoor events and festivals
- Preparing detailed artist information packs for each venue
- Marking up and managing artist contracts process
- Preparing detailed budgets and updating as necessary
- Working closely with accounts team on event reconciliation
- Generating sales reports to share with agents
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendar availabilities
- Answering customer emails through ZenDesk for Cuffe & Taylors festivals and concerts
- Producing FAQs and customer information for Cuffe & Taylor festivals and concerts
- Working closely with the event team in ensuring all documents are organised
- Assisting the operation team with the organisation of large-scale outdoor events
- Liaising with the operations, production, artist liaison and ticketing teams to assist with any roles including accreditation, radio management, meal tickets and any other relevant roles
- Working on site at events and festivals as required, including weekends and evenings
- Ad hoc tasks as required
