Role Description
Support the Property, Training and H&S team with administration and processes associated with provision of a property management, training, and health and safety advisory service and occupational health surveillance. You will be one of a small team within the Property and Health and Safety department, working across the whole of the Academy Music Group estate assisting with the property portfolio, training requirements. As a key member of the property team, you will provide support across the business on health and safety matters. This is a rare opportunity to work within a small team of property and health and safety professionals, for a market leading company, supporting an operational team dedicated to providing a world class customer experience.

What the role includes
- Manage the PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) process for the Property Team
- Arrange meetings and conference calls
- Prepare, format presentations for the Group Head of Property and Head of H&S
- Manage and keep updated estate details such as: Lease data, rent review date, floor area measurements, statutory inspection dates, manage certificates for statutory inspections, managing service programs with our maintaining contractors
- Manage property files and maintain our property database
- Maintain a database of servicing, inspection reports and certificates and ensure that inspections and servicing are completed in line with company policy
- Manage the property office including supplies, photo copier readings etc.
- Access contractor databases where necessary to review performance of contractors and identify any outstanding issues in venues
- Manage and keep up to date a detailed drawing register
- Pursue outstanding actions from any inspection reports or internal audits
- Register course completions on the training platform - Attensi
- Upload course certificates to staff management system, Planday
- On and off boarding permanent staff to Planday
- Provide cover for the H&S Administrator as and when required
- Provide admin support function for the H&S team as and when required
- Provide support for the running of the H&S Committee, and other working groups as required
- Make recommendations to improve the efficiency of existing processes and participate in process reviews as required
- Other duties as may reasonably be required
