Live Nation UK’s Marketing Partnerships Division is seeking an experienced people leader and strategic manager to bring their passion for marketing and music culture to the position of Head of Marketing & Creative Solutions. This role combines senior-level marketing strategy with hands-on leadership, team management, and operational ownership, ensuring the team runs efficiently while delivering best-in-class creative and commercial outputs.
Live Nation UK Marketing Partnerships architects, sells and manages the company’s national corporate sponsorship programmes with the world’s most recognizable brands. It’s an exciting, fast-paced team that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation’s business including festivals, venues, touring, ticketing, artists, content, media, promotions, and concert production. The Marketing & Creative Solutions team within Partnerships create innovative and engaging marketing platforms that are designed to solve client challenges through the powerful lens of live music culture.
As Head of Marketing & Creative Solutions, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the Marketing & Creative Solutions team, while overseeing the strategic direction, quality and delivery of proposals and propositions. You will run the day-to-day function, optimise workflows and processes, manage resourcing and priorities, and ensure consistent, high-quality outputs aligned with commercial objectives.

- Demonstrable experience in brand marketing, advertising, media, digital or entertainment / sports marketing
- Proven managerial experience, including leading, directing, and developing team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Demonstrable experience owning workflows, processes and delivery across multiple projects
- Experience writing sellable storytelling led marketing proposals
- Knowledge of and passion for music and popular culture, marketing trends
- Understanding of digital and social media platforms
- Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, and Word to develop presentations and budgets

What the role includes
- Lead, manage and motivate an existing, high performing Marketing & Creative Solutions team (two direct reports; total of four team members)
- Train and develop direct reports by setting clear performance expectations, providing regular coaching and mentorship, and creating development plans that support both individual career growth and team objectives
- Run the day-to-day function, ensuring efficient workflows, prioritisation and delivery across multiple concurrent pitches
- Act as a senior point of escalation, problem-solving delivery challenges and removing blockers
- Responsible for tracking progress and performance, providing regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
- Oversee and quality-control all strategic proposals and creative outputs produced by the team
- Hands on development of impactful strategic level marketing proposals that tell a compelling brand story and meet client objectives
- Leverage research assets to uncover insights, beliefs and behaviours of live music fans as pertaining to brand and proposition
- Lead collaborative work sessions to develop brand solutions and new proposition ideas leveraging Live Nation’s portfolio of assets in collaboration with Marketing Creative Solutions team members including strategy, research & insight experts and creatives
- Develop budgets within Live Nation and client parameters to support proposed proposition
- Collaborate with Media Services and Digital Product teams to drive scale and reach of proposed marketing
