Role: This artworker role is a key position in our busy department. Based in Brixton, right beside the legendary O2 Academy, our team provides Marketing and PR support for 21 iconic live music venues. From Glasgow to Bournemouth and from Cardiff to Newcastle, we own and operate venues in 14 cities, welcoming millions of fans through the doors each year. We are looking for a talented, conscientious person to join our music obsessed team.

Who you are:

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Required Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Premiere.
    • Experience producing artwork for both print and digital platforms.
    • Strong organisation skills, with experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise across departments to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Desired Skills:
    • Post-production or video editing experience.
    • Prior experience in a similar role within events, entertainment, or music industries.

What the role includes:

  • Daily Asset Production: Collaborate with marketing and the Graphic Designer to deliver a steady output of brand-consistent assets across print, web, digital, and promotional materials.
  • Campaign Support: Work on artwork for various marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables align with campaign goals and timelines.
  • Digital & Print Preparation: Prepare and finalize assets for both digital and print applications, managing specifications to meet platform requirements.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency across all assets, ensuring each piece meets the brand’s guidelines and technical specifications.
