Live Nation UK’s Research and Insights Team is seeking a highly organised and commercially minded insights professional to join as a Director of Research and Insights. The R&I team is dedicated to empowering the business with a deep understanding of our live music fans. As a Director of R&I, you will collaborate across departments to enhance the event experience and provide actionable insights that help us better connect and engage our audience.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, commercially minded professional with the ability to translate multiple datasets into actionable, commercially impactful insights. Reporting into the Head of Research and Insights, you will oversee delivery of key R&I initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining a hands-on role in analytical delivery alongside effective team and project management.

You will structure projects, allocate resources effectively across the team, and ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, you will combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment. This role combines a passion for live music with expertise in research methodologies, insight generation, storytelling, and strategic application of data to support commercial decision-making.

Who you are

You are highly organised, commercially minded, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, you bring structure and clarity to complex projects and know how to keep teams aligned and moving forward.

You have strong judgement in how insights are applied to business challenges, using data and audience understanding to shape clear, actionable recommendations rather than analysis for analysis’s sake. You are confident both managing upwards and downwards – able to provide clear visibility, prioritise effectively, and support teams to deliver high-quality work across multiple concurrent initiatives.

What we can offer you

Live Nation offers impressive employee benefits including tickets to shows and festivals and unlimited annual leave. The Farmiloe Building in Farringdon, London is a beautiful office to work in. Staff can enjoy use of arcade games in the basement games room, onsite gym equipment plus fitness and meditation classes. In addition to this, the office has a fully stocked complimentary coffee bar with barista to serve you your favourite coffee as you walk into the office and offers heavily subsidised lunch options. We hold regular staff events in our atrium stage space including hosting speakers and open mic nights to showcase Live Nation employee talent.
