As our Communications & PR Executive, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering impactful communication strategies that elevate our brands, promote our events, engage and inform our fans. In this role, you will lead communication efforts, manage crisis communications and align messaging with our goals. You will collaborate with our internal team and external agencies to deliver impactful messaging and amplify our brand presence across various channels.

We are looking for someone who has prior experience in a PR and/or Communications role specifically - if you've got a passion for live entertainment and the skills and experience for the role we'd love to hear from you.

The Marketing and Communications team at DF Concerts is made up of a diverse group of individuals, all sharing a passion for what they do in their roles. We have a helpful, open, and approachable nature which helps to build relationships within the team and the wider company and allows for collaborative working. Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • A PR and/or communications professional who has gained their experience in a fast-paced comms role rather than general marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of event promotion, media relations, and communications strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices across all communications channels.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and tools like Mailchimp, Canva, and Monday.com.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics, campaign reporting, and conducting customer research.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • A passion for all things PR and communications and a strong desire to learn, create, contribute, and innovate.
  • Familiarity with sustainability messaging and a proactive, flexible approach to teamwork and independent work.
  • The drive to take initiative, work independently, and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive, and flexible.
