The Account Management team requires an organized, confident and conscientious individual to deliver and assist in the delivery of ticket access partnerships across Live Nation properties with a focus on Tours and Concerts and Venues. It is an exciting, fast‑paced division that collaborates with all facets of the Live Nation business.
Day‑to‑day involves assisting the Account Manager and Director of Account Management on the delivery of Ticket Access and venue deals – the successful individual will be thorough with excellent attention to detail – a head and an eye for reporting, stats, numbers and ticket figures is a must. This is a very admin‑heavy role with a focus on maximising the team’s efficiency. Deadlines are ad hoc and campaign‑driven; the suitable individual will be comfortable hitting these consistently. We’re looking for someone to hit the ground running with enthusiasm, as high volume and consistent workload means a successful applicant will need to grasp tasks quickly.

- Numerically minded and comfortable working with data
- Experience in ticketing, data, research, account management, venue, agency, promoter or record label
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Admin whizz, with an attention to detail second to none
- Quick learner, with an ability to grasp tasks and assignments easily
- Able to prioritise and hit deadlines consistently
- First class communicator (both written and verbal) – confident, friendly and professional yet firm, able to build rapport with all types of people

What The Role Includes
- Manage approvals of presale and onsale marketing campaigns of assigned tours, along with logging of campaign results and promo tracker updates
- Compile all Ticket Access partner figures in client‑ready reports weekly, fortnightly and monthly as required – using data and reports from various sources, including pulling raw data reports and manual completion where necessary
- Maintain accurate records and logs (including but not limited to contract summaries, creative assets, program recaps)
- Manage partner contractual ticket allowances and lists
- Develop strong relationships with clients, key internal departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and results for partners
- Regular updates to the Director of Account Management – making sure they have all the information they need for their accounts and wider business updates
- Coordinate meetings and diaries, including the creation and circulation of agendas
- Take meeting minutes and issue follow‑ups and action points
