The Live Nation Digital Tech Team (LNDT) drives the fan experience across 36 international Live Nation sites, covering 59 countries and 33 languages. We are responsible for the online face of the business and help fans discover and buy tickets.
The Job
This role involves working in an agile software engineering team, covering the complete lifecycle of development activities from planning to delivery. You may occasionally be required to work out of hours or provide on-call duty on a rota basis.
What You Will Be Doing
- Front end development using React, Typescript and Next.js (App Router)
- Building responsive and accessible UIs from designs in Figma using MUI and modern styling approaches (CSS Modules, CSS in JS)
- Writing unit tests (Vitest, React Testing Library) and integration tests (Playwright)
- Using Git, creating merge/pull requests, reviewing code and deploying code using CI pipelines
- Analysing requirements, breaking down into pieces of work and estimating effort
- Using best practices and maintaining a high-quality code base
- Collaborating with designers, backend engineers and product managers
What You Need To Know
- HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
- React – context, hooks, reusable and performant UIs
- Next.js (ideally with App Router)
