The Ticketing Assistant will report to the Tour Ticketing Director and assist the full team, including Ticketing Analysts, with the day‑to‑day running of international ticketing for shows touring across Europe. The role is primarily admin‑heavy, focusing on sales reporting, data collation, and organization. It requires strong numeracy, spreadsheet proficiency, and a keen eye for detail. It offers a career path in ticketing management, data management or pricing within international touring.
Responsibilities:
- Collate and report all tour sales figures twice weekly and during on‑sale periods.
- Collate previous tour data for analysis and assist with presentations as needed.
- Collect show set‑up information as needed.
- Manage internal buys and guest lists.
- Attend/work at events as required.
- General assistance and other tasks to aid the department.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in ticketing or data administration (preferred).
- Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel at intermediate or higher level.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage a heavy workload during peak seasons.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of addressing colleagues up to executive board level.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity and problem‑solving abilities.
