Role Description
This position supports the relationship and activities of key Live Nation’s long-term strategic marketing partners and will be responsible for maximizing the value of these relationships. These long-term partnerships are the cornerstone of our sponsorship business spanning all Live Nation assets from venues to ticket access programmes. These accounts require meticulous Account Management to maintain excellent standards year-round, guiding the partnership strategically through ‘always on’ ticketing and marketing rights. Superior knowledge, expertise and vision for your partnerships will mean you are the natural driving force, influencing regular business updates with the brand and internally with the Marketing Partnerships senior leadership team. Ultimately – you will strengthen Live Nation’s position as a key strategic resource for our partners’ business while spotting opportunities for growth and expansion.

An experienced sponsorship professional with a proven track record of directing high profile, complex partnerships across multiple properties. You’ll be described by those who know you as consultative, insightful, effective, passionate and business minded. You will already have strong experience in directing best in class partnerships and are ready to take the next step into a senior position in Live Nation’s high profile Marketing Partnerships department.

What The Role Includes

  • Manage a large global key client for the business across 22+ markets
  • Execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company goals
  • Optimize budgets annually in order to reach partnership delivery
  • Continuously strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, detailed knowledge of client’s industry and business, impeccable delivery and client engagement
  • Maintain relationships with Live Nation internal teams and market leads to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients
  • Develop detailed understanding of client’s business and identify opportunities for business and/or brand growth through entertainment marketing programs
  • Assist clients in achieving ROI goals
  • Foster an environment which is team-oriented and in which the exchange of ideas among staff is encouraged
  • Explore new technologies, marketing trends, and data & analytics practices to add value to clients
  • Identify opportunities to engage internal resources
  • Gather, analyse, and package key metrics, learnings and development opportunities into program recaps that are delivered in a timely manner
  • Create artist audience profile decks using LN resourcing & Chart Metric
  • Develop strong understanding of LN Digital, Mobile and Social Media assets and liaise with local markets to ensure proper execution of sponsorship-based media plans
  • Work with teams to ensure proper execution of O&O media plans.
  • Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs
  • Support department wide development initiatives
  • Review tour marketing assets with brand inclusion for approval to ensure brand partner inclusion meets brand guidelines.
  • Ability to read and understand basic tour marketing media plans to ensure Brand commitment is being fulfilled.
  • Work with Live Nation Finance team and Live Nation tour marketers to reconcile each tour media spend
