O2 Academy Birmingham is seeking an assistant bar manager to oversee three bars, manage stock control procedures and lead a diverse front‑of‑house team.
You will work closely with the bar manager to ensure operations meet high standards during live shows, clubs and events.
Experience in bar supervision, proficiency with MS Office and EPOS, cellar management and knowledge of health and safety regulations are required.
Flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
