Role Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Tour Accounting division of Live Nation Music as a Tour Accounts Assistant. The main purpose of the role is to provide specialised support in managing and processing venue settlements for club shows across the UK, working directly under the supervision of a Tour Accountant.
The role will focus specifically on venue settlement management, working closely with ETM (Event Ticketing Manager) and AR (Accounts Receivable) teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of venue settlements. This position offers excellent exposure to the live music industry\\\βs financial operations and provides valuable experience in event accounting processes.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as the role involves daily chase-up activities and monthly processing deadlines that are critical to the tour accounting function.

- Excellent numeracy skills with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel at intermediate level

- Ability to work methodically through high-volume processing tasks
- Basic understanding of financial processes and reconciliation principles

What the role includes
Daily Responsibilities:
- Chase final venue settlements for all previous night\\\βs club shows each morning
- Liaise with ETM and AR teams when queries arise during settlement process
- Review venue settlements upon receipt and prepare for Tour Accountant approval
- Process all club show venue settlements on Oracle
- Maintain accurate records of settlement status and processing progress
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Ensure all venue settlements are processed by month-end
- Provide monthly status reports on settlement processing to Tour Accountant
Key Operational Notes
- Focus exclusively on club show venue settlements
- All final processing requires Tour Accountant approval before completion
- Maintain clear audit trail of all settlement activities and approvals
Administrative Tasks
- Update settlement tracking systems and databases
- File and organise settlement documentation
- Support Tour Accountant with ad-hoc venue settlement queries
- Assist with month-end reporting as required
