Working within the Concerts and Head Office Finance team and supporting the Marketing Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for providing management accounting support and detailed analysis. We are looking for an organised individual to deliver a wide range of Management accounts and manage recharges and reconciliations. You will have full support of a strong team; however, the requirement will be to assume responsibility for your allocated tasks. The role would suit someone who can build solid working relationships quickly and easily, works well on their own initiative, and is able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and has previous experience of working in a management accounting function.

- Demonstrable prior experience within an accounting function - part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
- Previous experience closing a month end and working to tight deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables / V Look ups etc.
- Excellent communication skills.

What the role includes
- Working within the wider Management Accounting function to assist with production of Concerts and Head Office month end management accounts with supporting analysis and commentary.
- Prepare Concerts and Head Office balance sheet reconciliations, journals to comply with established SOX procedures handed down by Live Nation Corporate.
- Assist Finance Manager in a full business support service to Marketing Partnerships by producing a wide range of financial information to aid decision making, including financial and overhead analysis, revenue invoicing, cost reporting, Weekly aged debt and festival sponsorship reports review.
- Assist Finance Manager in preparing monthly overhead forecasts, sponsorship CM forecasts and yearly budgets and tie back to financial systems.
- Preparing monthly payroll journals to post to Oracle financial systems.
- Assist Finance Manager in monthly review of REPS file for submission to payroll.
- Key liaison between Marketing Partnerships and Finance to ensure new deal contracts and renewals are properly reviewed, authorised and revenue reported in line with US SOX control framework.
- Preparing weekly marketing partnerships report.
- Reviewing and coding TM recharges.
- Assist Finance Manager with preparing sponsorship revenue recognition memos.
- To undertake ad hoc projects as required by the Finance Manager (including Audit requests).
