About Us: We are a property development company specialising in eco upgrades to residential properties. Our focus is on upgrading the fabric of old properties by improving insulation, de-carbonising, and installing eco technology. Our expertise includes solar, battery storage, Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Underfloor Heating (UFH), ventilation solutions (MVHR), and EV chargers.
Role Description: We are seeking subcontractors to work across Suffolk in the following areas:
- General building
- Heating engineers (experience with ASHP and UFH preferred, training available)
- Carpentry and kitchen installations
The subcontractor will handle day-to-day property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, working closely with the property management team to ensure properties are maintained to standard.
Qualifications:
- Skills in property development, maintenance, repair, and renovation
