We’re now hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive who’s ready to take ownership of sales outreach, content creation, platform updates and everything in between. You’ll be a central part of a small, ambitious team – with real room to shape the role and grow with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Outreach
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and email
- Build relationships and guide them through onboarding
- Run creative outreach campaigns that convert
- Marketing & Content
- Create engaging blogs, social media posts and newsletters
- Support brand storytelling and campaign delivery
- Keep messaging consistent and on-brand
- Manage and update platform content (web + app)
- Support with feature rollouts or changes
- Manage relationship with our development team
- Help streamline processes and tools
- Admin & Customer Support
- Respond to queries with clarity and care
- Keep everything organised and documented
- Be a go-to across day-to-day tasks
You’ll Thrive If You…
- Are a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with new people
- Have experience (or genuine interest) in sales, marketing or digital content
- Take initiative, stay organised, and get things done without being chased
- Are comfortable switching between creative and practical tasks
- Preferably have (or are studying for) a degree in marketing, comms, business or similar
- Are familiar with tools like: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress (for basic content management), Make (for automations and integrations)
Experience with these tools is a plus, but not essential – we care more about your attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
