Kick-start or progress your career in a booming industry with Live Fibre Ltd We\’re expanding our team and looking for Trainee Telecommunications Engineers to help build and maintain overground fibre optic networks across Hampshire and Dorset. No previous experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you grow in your role.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with the splicing and testing of fibre optic cables Working on utility poles and overhead infrastructure Learning how to use specialist tools and equipment safely Supporting the delivery of high-speed broadband to homes and businesses

We are looking for Splicers who are familiar with BT PON builds

What We\’re Looking For:

Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Comfortable working outdoors and at height Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
