As part of this growth, the company is hiring a Marketing Manager—an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting. - Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for the company’s new service offerings, including Compliance, Consent, CPD, and Practice Marketing.
- Take ownership of campaign planning and performance reporting to ensure all marketing activity delivers measurable outcomes aligned with broader business objectives.
- Manage and update associated product websites, ensuring content remains accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and SEO-optimised.
- Work closely with content, sales, design, and digital teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns across various channels.
- Identify market trends and customer challenges to help shape the future roadmap of service offerings.
- Use marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and email/social platforms to monitor, analyse, and optimise performance.
- Build and maintain trust with customers through high-quality, compliant, and accurate marketing content.
- Demonstrable B2B marketing experience—preferably within dental, healthcare, or other regulated professional services sectors.
- Proven track record of planning and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including knowledge of email, social media, paid media, SEO, and website content management.
- Experience managing websites using WordPress or a similar CMS, with the ability to update content, make basic edits, and liaise with developers when necessary.
- Data-literate and confident using metrics to test, learn, and refine campaigns.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and opportunities for growth.
- Degree-level education in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
