About the role

As part of this growth, the company is hiring a Marketing Manager—an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting. The position offers the autonomy to shape how services are launched and scaled, while being supported by a collaborative team with a 30-year legacy and a 70% share of voice in the UK dental market. The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to bring new services to market, build brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and define success metrics. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for the company’s new service offerings, including Compliance, Consent, CPD, and Practice Marketing.
  • Take ownership of campaign planning and performance reporting to ensure all marketing activity delivers measurable outcomes aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Manage and update associated product websites, ensuring content remains accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and SEO-optimised.
  • Work closely with content, sales, design, and digital teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns across various channels.
  • Identify market trends and customer challenges to help shape the future roadmap of service offerings.
  • Use marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and email/social platforms to monitor, analyse, and optimise performance.
  • Build and maintain trust with customers through high-quality, compliant, and accurate marketing content.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally to ensure all messaging aligns with product-market fit.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inquisitive culture driven by continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable B2B marketing experience—preferably within dental, healthcare, or other regulated professional services sectors.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including knowledge of email, social media, paid media, SEO, and website content management.
  • Experience managing websites using WordPress or a similar CMS, with the ability to update content, make basic edits, and liaise with developers when necessary.
  • Data-literate and confident using metrics to test, learn, and refine campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • Experience launching new products or services is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently to drive progress.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and opportunities for growth.
  • Degree-level education in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
