About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will take responsibility for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, and increasing brand awareness. This role is suited to a hands-on marketer with strong strategic capabilities who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to optimise digital campaigns, ensuring performance targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- LinkedIn Paid: Collaborate with the company’s agency to create highly targeted campaigns designed for specific industries and job roles, driving revenue growth.
- LinkedIn Organic: Enhance brand awareness by optimising the LinkedIn company page and publishing regular, engaging content.
- Email Marketing: Leverage HubSpot to create and manage email campaigns, including A/B testing, workflows, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Google Ads: Partner with the digital marketing agency to create and optimise ad campaigns to deliver maximum ROI.
- Day-to-Day Campaigns: Promote live demos, manage short newsletter campaigns, and oversee website updates to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Budget Management
- Monitor advertising spend and evaluate return on investment (ROI) to ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
- Track conversion rates from initial engagement to closed deals.
- Conduct regular budget reviews and make necessary adjustments to optimise performance.
Performance Analysis
- Analyse key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
- Prepare detailed performance reports to provide insights and recommendations.
- Test and refine marketing strategies based on analytics data to drive continuous improvement.
- Meet the performance targets and key objectives set by the Marketing Director.
Content Creation & Management
- Develop high-quality content that highlights the company’s Health and Safety / Risk Assessment solutions.
- Oversee the distribution of content across digital channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, newsletters, and Google Ads.
Collaboration
- Work closely with PPC agencies to implement and optimise LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities and align efforts.
- Support the Product team in launching new features and solutions.
- Provide training to internal teams on best practices for LinkedIn Organic strategies to amplify reach.
