Overview of Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager on a fixed term or freelance basis, supporting the team on global and regional accounts. The work is varied from global shopper toolkits, brand strategy, design execution and production. As Senior Account Manager you will ensure each project is managed effectively, efficiently and profitably; building up relationships with clients and all key stakeholders, ensuring the work delivers against our internal benchmarks. This role can be based either in Leeds or London with the requirement for a minimum of 1 day within either office a week. You will work within a team alongside an Account Director and a Senior Account Executive to support with the daily management of the accounts. There may be a requirement for overseas travels depending on the client and projects at the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive efficient financial processes, managing estimates, contracts, budgets, and profitability with confidence and accuracy.
- Identify and champion growth opportunities through integrated thinking, market insight, and proactive value creation.
- Build trusted client partnerships, applying strategic thinking, research, and strong communication to guide and influence outcomes.
- Deliver strong creative leadership, writing effective briefs, evaluating ideas, and ensuring high-quality, strategically aligned creative output.
- Lead teams and clients with clarity and collaboration, motivating others and ensuring high-quality delivery across all projects.
- Ensure smooth, timely project delivery through strong process management, cross-team coordination, and attention to detail.
Required Skills And Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager in a creative agency.
- Understanding of brand growth strategies.
- Shopper Marketing, eCommerce and promotional experience a must.
- Experience of developing an account and growing the business.
- Passion for generating bright ideas and delivering work that sells.
- Ability to think beyond execution and to offer solutions rather than problems.
- Experience and success establishing and maintaining effective working relations with internal and external stakeholders.
