Role
- Posting cash to customer accounts when received
- Chasing debt & instructing legal action when required
- Order checking on workflow system
- Dealing with customer queries by email & over the phone
About you
- Have the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Strong IT Skills
- Confident and Persistence
- Experience in a similar role or a Customer Service based Role Required
