Live to Help Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in the Stoke-On-Trent area for a Credit Controller to ensure the smooth running of credit control with customers.

Role:

  • Posting cash to customer accounts when received
  • Chasing debt & instructing legal action when required
  • Order checking on workflow system
  • Dealing with customer queries by email & over the phone

About you:

  • Have the ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Confident and Persistent
  • Experience in a similar role or a Customer Service based Role Required
