About the role
As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.
Brookside is a modern residential care home for adults with disabilities, set in a leafy area of Edgware, north London.
The service takes a person-centred, flexible approach to ensure residents have control and choice over their care. We know that everyone’s needs and aspirations are different – that all sorts of things add up to a flourishing life.
Residents are actively involved in their community, enjoying regular fitness classes, sports, healthy eating support and much more. Independent living is an area of speciality, in addition to nursing care provided onsite.
