Since our inception in 2015 in Denmark, Liva has been a pioneer in the field of digital behaviour change. Our ambition is to empower 1 million people by 2030 to improve their health and well-being by preventing and managing chronic conditions through digitally-powered, evidence-based lifestyle interventions. Headquartered in Copenhagen and London, our collaborations with healthcare systems - including the NHS, life science companies and health insurers - allow us to impact lives at scale. We recently acquired Momenta, a leading developer and provider of evidence-based, outcome driven, healthy lifestyle solutions that help people negotiate the many day-to-day challenges they face in living healthier lives, with a focus on weight management.

We’re looking for someone who can be the first point of contact for our participants and make that experience genuinely positive. This role exists to ensure every individual joining a Liva programme feels supported, informed, and confident from day one — and continues to stay engaged throughout their journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting participants through onboarding, making the process simple and accessible
  • Responding to enquiries across phone, chat, and email, ensuring people feel heard and supported
  • Helping participants navigate the app and resolve any issues quickly
  • Delivering brief, supportive interventions to encourage healthy behaviour change
  • Acting as the first point of contact for questions, concerns, or complaints
  • Working closely with coaches and internal teams to provide a seamless experience
  • Identifying common issues and helping improve how we deliver our programmes

What you’ll have:

  • Experience supporting customers or patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence managing multiple conversations and tasks at once
  • Comfort using digital systems and learning new tools
  • An interest in health, wellbeing, or supporting behaviour change

What you’ll get:

  • The opportunity to play a meaningful role in improving people’s health and wellbeing
  • A collaborative, supportive team environment
  • The chance to shape and improve how services are delivered
  • Exposure to digital health and behaviour change at scale

At Liva, we are a purpose-driven company, and we go to work every day to help people live better lives. Our purpose is in our DNA, and we are always on the lookout for talented people who are eager to evolve and build a life-changing career within global health tech.
