About Liva: We are a digital healthcare company on a mission to help people improve their health and well-being through our evidence-based lifestyle interventions. We provide digital coaching programmes to help people achieve lasting health improvements. Our services are designed to empower individuals to manage their weight, diabetes, and other chronic conditions.
The Opportunity: You will deliver remote one-to-one coaching to patients enrolled in one of our 9-12-month lifestyle intervention programmes, helping them achieve long-term weight management and a healthier lifestyle.

You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are a qualified dietitian/nutritionist or health professional with a degree-level education in a health-related field (essential).
- Hold a UK Registered HCPC Healthcare Professional status, e.g. a dietitian, or an AfN-registered nutritionist (desirable).
- Hold a professional registration in Health Coaching (desirable).
- Have experience working as a self-employed professional with professional liability insurance in place.
- Have experience with motivational interviewing and behaviour change techniques.
- Have a passion for helping people reach their health goals.
- Are a natural motivator with excellent communication skills.
- Are fluent in any additional languages to English, especially: Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Gujarati, Somali, Tamil, Nepalese, Farsi, Bengali, and Romanian.
- Are a tech whiz who can navigate apps and online systems with ease.
- Can work independently, adapt to changing demands and multitask effectively.
Bonus points: Experience with diabetes/weight management and a commitment to cultural sensitivity.
