Since our inception in 2015 in Denmark, Liva has been a pioneer in the field of digital behaviour change. Our ambition is to empower 1 million people by 2030 to improve their health and well-being by preventing and managing chronic conditions through digitally-powered, evidence-based lifestyle interventions. Headquartered in Copenhagen and London, our collaborations with healthcare systems - including the NHS, life science companies and health insurers - allow us to impact lives at scale. We recently acquired Momenta, a leading developer and provider of evidence-based, outcome driven, healthy lifestyle solutions that help people negotiate the many day-to-day challenges they face in living healthier lives, with a focus on weight management.
About the role: Liva's SaaS customers buy a platform and a programme, but the outcome depends on whether their own staff and coaches can actually use it. You'll be the person who supports the customer in building their team that's confident, competent and using the tools properly, from the first go-live session through every feature release after it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Run new customer onboarding training. When a customer goes live, you deliver the structured platform and programme training their staff and coaches need, and you confirm training readiness as part of go-live sign-off.
- Train on newly purchased programmes. When a customer buys a new programme, you deliver the training using the content the Learning & Content Manager has already standardised, so quality doesn't vary by who happens to be teaching it.
- Keep existing users sharp. You run recurring drop-in sessions and refresher webinars, and you log usage and adoption signals back to Client Operations.
- Turn product releases into training, fast. You work with Product ahead of releases and turn features into customer-facing training within an agreed window of go-live, so customers aren't left working out new functionality on their own.
- Build once, reuse everywhere. You build template-based training assets per programme rather than rebuilding content for every account, and you keep a training calendar visible so the team are clear on what's coming.
- Be the internal expert too. You become the go-to person on the platform and programmes for the rest of Client Operations, training up new starters and supporting the team as they learn the tools.
- Help commercial when asked. You support platform demos and ad hoc commercial activity when capacity allows.
What you’ll have:
- Training or enablement experience in a SaaS, platform or digital health environment. You'll be doing this from day one against a live customer schedule, so we need someone who's done it before, not someone learning the format on the job.
- Confidence delivering live, whether that's a platform demo, a classroom session or a virtual refresher. A lot of this role is performed in front of people in real time.
- The ability to build genuinely professional training materials, not just deliver someone else's slides, across classroom, virtual and internal audiences.
- Comfort operating across teams you don't manage. You'll work with Product, the PM Lead, the Learning Content Manager and Customer Operations Managers regularly, with no formal authority over any of them.
- A plus, not a requirement: familiarity with health coaching delivery (this isn't a clinical role, so no clinical registration needed), and German, Dutch or Danish language skills given our current customer base.
What you’ll get: You're not slotting into a process someone else already built. You decide how training gets designed and delivered, and you'll be the one Product comes to when they need a feature translated into something a customer's staff can actually use. The work doesn't repeat itself. In the same month, you might be running a live go-live session, building a reusable training asset for a new programme, and covering a commercial demo. You'll see the result of your work directly. When a customer's team actually uses what they bought, that's traceable to you.
