Liv Padel is opening at Four Ashes Golf Centre in Dorridge, Solihull, bringing a fresh, modern and community-focused padel experience to the area. With three premium courts and a friendly atmosphere, we’re excited to welcome new team members who want to be part of something fun, active and growing.

Role Overview

The Team Member supports day‑to‑day operations, customer service, club presentation and administration. This role is part‑time/casual with flexible scheduling and a range of shift patterns to suit different people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Administration: Greet all visitors warmly and assist with general enquiries such as bookings, purchases and information. Provide high-quality and friendly customer service in person, by phone and via email and assist with product knowledge. Support daily food & beverage service, racquet and ball sales and upselling where appropriate. Represent the club in a positive manner and embody the club values. Record customer feedback, escalating where appropriate and support incident reporting.
  • Club Operations: Open or close the club and ensure smooth running of daily operations, enabling padel customers to have a great experience. Keep courts and social areas clean, tidy and welcoming. Follow and support Health & Safety guidelines, reporting issues or maintenance as needed. Facilitate matches, tournaments, sessions, events and be ready to jump in and play with a customer if their partner doesn’t turn up! Occasionally you may be required to perform duties outside this list as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Strong interest in padel
  • Experience running or managing a club or facility - hospitality, gyms, leisure clubs, sport facilities, tennis clubs etc.
  • A team player, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Genuine passion when engaging with individuals and delivering great customer service
  • Strong communicator, organised, proactive and reliable
  • Willingness to learn new systems
  • First Aid/CPR qualified (preferred, not required)
