Role Objective
We are seeking a bright, energetic candidate for the role of Creative Operations Senior Coordinator. The right candidate will possess great attention to detail and have enthusiasm for tackling multiple complex projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Creative Operations Senior Coordinator is responsible for intake, coordination and project management of creative projects and processes for our graphic designers.
Responsibilities
- Manage creative process and workflow from creative brief submission to release of assets
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and designers
- Communicate status clearly and frequently to all levels of stakeholders and team members
- Monitor team effort, bandwidth, and work with team leads to load-balance for high priority projects
- Preflight new projects to ensure required assets and information are provided before moving to team assignment
- Manage and enforce internal creative work processes and SLAs
- Update timelines and deliverables on creative operations software Lytho
- Act as point of contact for creative projects
Experience & Required Skills
- BA in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field OR equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of creative or marketing project management experience with digital creative department or agency
- Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a project management software like Lytho, Asana, Monday, Wrike or Workfront
- Knowledge of implementation and utilisation of technologies that support the Creative team (workflow/project management, digital asset management/DAM) and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
- Proven ability to create clarity in ambiguous circumstances, including in direct client conversations at the onset of a new project, gathering requirements or managing through revisions
- Experience in data analysis, identifying trends, and forecasting
- Experience and interest in golf/professional sports is a plus
