ROLE OBJECTIVE/THE TEAM
The Director, Integrated Marketing will lead the global strategy, planning, and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns that deliver a cohesive and consistent brand message across digital, social, paid media, print, partnerships, and live events. This role is responsible for uniting all marketing touchpoints to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth, while maintaining brand integrity and alignment with LIV Golf’s global vision to grow the game of golf internationally. The Director will work closely with cross‑functional teams and regional markets to ensure campaigns are both globally aligned and locally relevant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies connecting digital, social, paid media, PR, experiential, and event marketing into one seamless global fan journey. Build strategic marketing plans that balance global brand storytelling with regional and local market execution to drive ticket sales, broadcast tune‑in, and fan engagement. Partner with insights and analytics teams to inform audience segmentation, planning, and performance measurement frameworks to optimise ROI and audience growth. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with organisational objectives, consistently representing LIV Golf’s distinctive identity and voice across all marketing channels.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as the strategic connector between internal teams—including creative, brand, PR, digital, partnerships, and sales—to deliver unified, high‑impact campaigns. Collaborate with ticketing, events, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue, attendance, and engagement goals. Partner with external agencies and vendors to deliver world‑class creative, content, and experiences that enhance brand equity and global reach.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the development of annual, regional, and event‑specific marketing plans, ensuring strategic consistency and efficient budget allocation across global and local channels. Oversee creative brief development, key messaging, and brand storytelling to guide internal and external creative teams. Support partnership marketing initiatives by identifying co‑branded activations, sponsorship integrations, and amplification opportunities. Manage integrated media plans, ensuring paid, earned, and owned media operate cohesively to achieve marketing KPIs.
- Performance & Measurement: Partner with insights and data analytics teams to analyse campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion performance across all channels. Develop and present post‑campaign reports capturing key insights, learnings, and recommendations for optimisation. Implement data‑driven testing and continuous improvement frameworks to enhance creative performance and campaign efficiency.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of marketing professionals and agency partners. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration within the marketing organisation. Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on‑time delivery and cost‑efficient execution.
REQUIRED SKILLS/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within sports, entertainment, or global consumer brands with live event components.
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional global teams and managing external agencies to achieve high‑performance outcomes.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage insights and data to inform marketing decisions and optimise spend.
- Experience managing large‑scale budgets and working effectively across multiple international markets is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in brand storytelling, digital marketing ecosystems, and fan engagement strategies.
