LittleTutorHouse (LTH) is an education center dedicated to helping students achieve their highest academic potential. We provide personalized tutoring services, including one-on-one sessions, small group classes, and online tutoring for subjects like Math, English, Science, SATs/11+, GCSEs, and A-levels. Our expert tutors create a supportive and engaging environment tailored to each student’s unique learning style and pace, offering in-person and online tutoring options.

Role Description

This is not just another sales role. You will be the sole person responsible for driving the growth of LittleTutorHouse in the lead-up to September along side our current team. That means owning the entire lead generation and sales funnel, bringing in your own strategies, tools, and creative ideas to get results.

You will build the pipeline, engage potential customers, close sales, and directly impact the success of our September academic year programs.

  • Take full ownership of sales and marketing activities for our September intake

• Create and implement your own strategies for lead generation and customer outreach

• Identify ideal target audiences (parents of school-aged children)

• Run and optimize social media or paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)

• Build lead lists, run outreach, and engage in follow-up conversations

• Convert leads into paying customers through calls, DMs, or taster sessions

• Track and report on leads, conversions, and key metrics weekly

• You’re a self-starter who loves having control and ownership over your work

• You’re confident in your ability to drive business growth independently

• You’ve worked in lead generation, sales, or marketing (bonus if it’s in education)

• You’re creative with campaigns and strategic with your time and outreach

• You enjoy seeing direct results from your effort—and being rewarded for it

Expectations & Deliverables

• Bring your own ideas and strategy to hit lead and enrollment goals

• Minimum weekly lead quota (qualified, engaged leads)

• Target number of confirmed sign-ups for September tutoring programs

• Weekly reporting on pipeline health and sales progress

Compensation

• Competitive base or hourly rate (if applicable)

• Performance-based commission for each confirmed student

• Bonuses for meeting or exceeding targets

• Potential for an ongoing role depending on results
