Eden Scott is delighted to be working with Little’s, Scotland’s largest chauffeur drive operator, with over forty luxury cars in their fleet, and bases in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. From their HQ in Glasgow, their experienced reservations team also organise chauffeur-driven cars for their clients across the UK and Worldwide – a truly global operation. Little’s have now created a new role and have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in corporate and agency sales to join their dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is pivotal in expanding their client base across corporate accounts, travel management companies (TMCs), entertainment sectors, and Scottish hotels. Your primary focus will be promoting Scotland as a premier destination for luxury chauffeur services, while cross-selling their global chauffeur solutions to UK-wide and international clients. You will also lead a strategic project to grow their client base in Aberdeen following their recent acquisition.
Skills and experience required:
- A proven track record in corporate and agency sales, ideally within luxury hospitality, travel, or tourism.
- Experience managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, TMCs, and entertainment sectors.
- A commercially astute, confident communicator, and skilled negotiator.
- Well-presented, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Excellent salary is on offer plus various company benefits including a profit share and Christmas bonus. Little’s are open to this being a hybrid role, requiring weekly presence in their Glasgow HQ along with UK travel every 2–3 months (or more) to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
