Little’s have now created a new role and have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager for Corporate & Strategic Accounts. They are seeking a commercially astute and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of Little’s corporate and strategic accounts business.
The successful candidate will also nurture and grow selected existing accounts while helping strengthen Little’s position as Scotland’s leading luxury chauffeur operator. Reporting to the Head of Sales, Harjeet, this is a high visibility role with the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute directly to the company’s growth strategy. Unlike many sales roles, client meetings across Scotland are typically conducted using our chauffeur-driven luxury vehicles, allowing candidates to showcase the Little’s experience first-hand while building relationships in a premium environment. This is a hybrid role with regular travel across Scotland and occasional wider UK travel as required.
- Identify and secure new corporate and strategic account opportunities across Scotland and the UK
- Develop relationships with key decision makers across corporate, hospitality, travel and entertainment sectors
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to onboarding
- Support the growth and development of existing strategic accounts
- Lead targeted growth activity in Aberdeen following recent business expansion
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting within the CRM system
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support commercial decision making
- Represent Little’s professionally at client meetings, networking events and industry events
