Requirements:
- Experience of catering for a large group of people.
- Ability to time manage effectively.
- Ability to prepare good quality meals, with basic, healthy ingredients.
- Ability to control the kitchen environment and ensure all who use it adhere to Health and Safety and Environmental Health regulations.

Details: Little People Nurseries in Farfield are looking to recruit a Nursery Cook to join their thriving team. The Nursery Cook prepares a healthy 2 course meal for lunchtime for up to 70 children daily. In addition, the children eat breakfast and afternoon tea, which is planned for and stocked by the cook. You would be responsible for stock control and cleanliness of our 5* nursery kitchen. We are looking for a candidate who is able to run the Nursery Kitchen to a high standard, providing the children with a balanced diet, cooking and preparing food to a high standard, and ensuring a high level of hygiene is adhered to at all times. We take the safety of our children very seriously and you will be asked to provide us with detailed referencing and identification, which includes Police checks.
