Processing over USD 1 billion a year in 19 countries and continuing to expand globally, we’re proud to move more people through better payment experiences.

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define and articulate how Littlepay’s products and capabilities are positioned in the market. This role will translate complex functionality into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with customers, support sales conversations, and drive commercial growth. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales and Marketing, you will play a critical role in ensuring that what we build, how we position it and how we communicate it are fully aligned. You will help strengthen Littlepay’s differentiation in competitive markets and enable teams across the business to confidently communicate our value.

What you’ll do:

  • Positioning & Value Proposition: Develop and continuously refine Littlepay’s positioning across different customer segments, markets, and use cases. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions and messaging. Create and maintain core messaging frameworks that are adopted consistently across Marketing, Sales and Product. Ensure clarity and consistency in how Littlepay is presented across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner closely with Sales to strengthen how product is communicated in commercial conversations. Develop and maintain high-quality sales enablement materials, including pitch decks and tailored presentations, value propositions and solution narratives, competitive positioning and objection handling. Support deal progression by ensuring Sales teams can clearly articulate differentiation and value. Gather feedback from Sales to continuously improve messaging and materials.
  • Product & Go-to-Market Support: Work closely with Product teams to deeply understand the roadmap, features, and capabilities. Lead the product marketing input into go-to-market plans for new features and enhancements. Develop clear, customer-focused messaging for product launches and updates. Ensure alignment between product development, positioning, and external communication.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Build and maintain a strong understanding of target customers and segments, key use cases and buying drivers, market trends and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform positioning, messaging, and commercial strategy. Act as the voice of the market and customer within internal discussions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Work closely with Content & Communications lead to translate messaging into compelling campaigns and content. Act as a central connector between teams, ensuring feedback loops are in place and insights are shared effectively. Support internal alignment on how Littlepay is positioned and communicated.

About you

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Marketing within fintech/payments or complex enterprise B2B SaaS/platform environments.
  • Experience working with complex products, platforms, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop positioning and messaging that drives commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Commercially minded, with a strong focus on impact and outcomes.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.
  • Curious and insight-driven, with a strong understanding of customers and markets.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In-office expectations

At Littlepay, we believe great work happens when we solve problems, together. We see in-person collaboration as an important way to build connections, share ideas, and support each other meaningfully. For those assigned to an office location, we generally expect a minimum two-day presence in the office each week. This may vary depending on your role, team, and location. For example, our team in Luxembourg works 4 days from the office, whereas our AU and UK teams currently work a minimum of 2 days onsite in our Melbourne/London offices. Some positions might require more frequent office attendance to support cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, or specific team workflows. Your hiring manager will provide details relevant to your role. We aim to strike a healthy balance between in-person connection and flexibility, while staying connected to deliver with speed and agility as we continue to scale, ensuring our ways of working support both our people and our shared ambition to move more people through better payment experiences.

Our recruitment process

If you’ve been shortlisted for the role, you’ll first have a chat with our Talent team, who will set up an interview if the stars align. A short workplace preferences questionnaire will also be sent to help us learn more about the way you prefer to work. Following a successful first interview, you’ll be sent a technical challenge to complete. If we like what we see, we’ll invite you to meet with a second set of Littlepay folks before being presented with an offer. If you have any questions regarding the recruitment process or if you require any accommodations for any stage in the interview process, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Additionally, if you don’t meet all of the criteria (we know that some underrepresented groups tend to avoid applying if they don’t), please still apply. We really enjoy meeting people who might bring a fresh perspective on a problem we need to solve! Ultimately, being part of our small but mighty team means you'll have the opportunity to learn about micropayments, and have a hand in the provision of services that impact millions of people. You’ll help us deliver on our revolutionary product roadmap and help scale our platform as we continue to expand across the globe. If this opportunity interests you, hit apply! We look forward to learning about you.
