Many thanks for your interest in the Teaching Assistant position. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive school community. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and committed to enabling every student to reach their full potential.

Working closely with the SENDCo, teaching staff and wider school team, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, promoting student progress and wellbeing, and contributing to a positive and engaging school environment. The role requires a proactive, flexible and collaborative approach, along with a strong commitment to safeguarding and upholding the school's ethos and values.

The successful candidate will be caring and patient and able to cater for the individual needs of the students, including social, emotional, communication, language and learning support and be capable of working in partnership with teachers and parents.
