We are looking for a Nursery Manager for our Preschool Setting in Uxbridge. This opportunity will give you the chance to work in a small new nursery setting registered for 50 children aged between 2 – 5 years, implement ideas throughout the nursery and work closely with the fun management team.
A passionate Nursery Manager or Deputy/Acting Manager ready to step up. Strong EYFS knowledge, excellent communication and organisational skills, highly motivated with a positive attitude. Must demonstrate leadership ability, good health, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
Person Specification
- Childcare qualified to Level 3 or above from a recognised awarding body
- Experience in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
- Training in Child Protection and Safeguarding Children
- Training in Behaviour Management
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
- Fluency in written and spoken English
