Who We’re Looking For:

Seeking a Basketball Coach or individuals with a natural knack for connecting with kids and their families. No formal qualifications required – just a passion for coaching sports and a desire to learn basketball coaching to inspire young children. Ideal for primary school teachers, older students, youth workers, or coaches in other sports like football. Perfect for those seeking part-time hours with a high-energy approach to coaching.

Where You’ll Serve:

Based in various venues across the UK called Hubs, where we host our basketball sessions. You will be assigned to one of the Hubs.

What’s In It For You:

Enjoy a competitive hourly rate ranging from £10 to £30 per hour, depending on experience working with children. Benefit from opportunities to grow and develop your coaching skills through funded courses and ongoing support. Plus, ability to gain additional pay through our Bonus Scheme.

About Us:

At Little Hoopers, we’re on a mission to encourage kids to lead active, fun-filled lives through basketball. Dedicated to super fun and welcoming coaching environments where we aim to encourage a love for the game of basketball in every child that joins the Little Hoopers family.

Your Role:

As a Coach with Little Hoopers, you’ll work independently or alongside other Coaches to deliver engaging and skill-enhancing sessions for children of ages between 3-9 years old. Create a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels empowered to learn and grow.

The Essentials:

No formal qualifications required – just a passion for sports especially basketball, working with children, and a willingness to learn. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, mainly on evenings and weekends. High-energy approach and ability to support young children effectively.
