Littlefish, a leading managed service provider, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Service Improvement team. At Littlefish, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform, driving automation and efficiency for our clients. You'll enjoy creative freedom to tackle complex problems, build custom applications, and integrate third-party tools; your ideas will directly shape our service delivery.

You will:

  • Develop and configure custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.
  • Implement and customise ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management).
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and maintain the CMDB.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and optimise ServiceNow performance.
  • Document solutions and train users, sharing your expertise across the team.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

What you bring:

  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator & Applications Developer.
  • Strong programming skills (JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Passion for problem-solving, adaptability, and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a drive to share knowledge.
