The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

Littlefish Microsoft Business Solutions team is seeking a Senior M365 Productivity & Adoption Consultant. This role will report directly to the Modern Workplace Practice Manager and will work closely with Clients, Team Leads, Technical Consultants, Resource Managers and developers across the business to ensure practice goals and objectives are met. The Senior M365 Productivity & Adoption Consultant role is a client facing role whose main goal is to deliver maximum value to our Clients.

The Senior M365 Productivity & Adoption Consultant will have a growth mindset and strive for excellence both for their projects and their colleagues with a lasered Client centric focus. This outcome-oriented person has a deep knowledge of the functionality, configuration and optimisation of M365 applications, with a focus on SharePoint, and related technologies, including experience of working with the following technologies: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Purview, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Deliver value to our prestigious clients by designing, building, and delivering solutions based on the M365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Search and Intelligence, Entra, Teams, OneDrive, Security, Power Apps, Viva, Purview, and Power Automate.

Working across many clients, you will develop strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of their business operations and challenges.

This is a client-facing role, so the following are essential:

  • Strong understanding and consulting experience on SharePoint on-prem and/or SharePoint Online
  • Consulting experience on migrations to SharePoint Online
  • Experience with the functionality, configuration (including administration) and optimisation of the following technologies: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, Flow
  • Experience rolling out document management, intranet and business process solutions with M365 or SharePoint on premise environments
  • Experience with SharePoint content migrations (and experience with some of the following tools Sharegate, SharePoint Migration Tool, MS Migration Manager)
  • Experience conducting workshops to elicit solution requirements
  • Experience training end users in the following technologies: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, Flow
  • Experience working with MS Purview and other M365 admin centres
  • Experience with and/or Exposure to support the following solution types is desirable
  • Development experience with SharePoint designer workflows
  • Development experience with SharePoint 2007/2013/2016 and/or the SharePoint framework
  • Business analysis experience
  • Project Management experience
