The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
Littlefish is seeking an Onsite Engineer to come and join our growing Service Delivery team.
As the Onsite Engineer, you will be working on the Tech Bar, providing a walk-up service to a range of users, you will also be required to provide floorwalking services, You may also be required to visit various client sites, you will report into the Service Delivery Manager.
Your main duties will include providing effective onsite technical support to Littlefish’s customer on a dedicated basis, for desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and installations, as well as basic network/server troubleshooting and administration. You will need to communicate effectively with the customer and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer specific SLA’s.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
- Previous experience of working in an IT support role.
- Previous knowledge of ITSM
- Ability to demonstrate IT related problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure support working across a range of up-to-date technologies including:
- Desktop/laptop/printer hardware
- Office 365
- Exchange
- Windows 11 & macOS
- Active Directory and iOS
- Deployment technologies such as InTune.
- Working within a Managed Service Prover (MSP)
